An economically prosperous Benin is a magnet for investment, a regional transit hub, and a center for quality services. It is a nation that prioritizes the local production and transformation of its resources, creating jobs, meeting domestic needs, and boosting exports. This vision breaks with a consumption-based model to embrace an economy rooted in production, transformation, industrialization, and the knowledge economy—leveraging digital technologies and innovation across all communities.
A socially stable Benin fosters intergenerational dialogue, inclusive and participatory governance—including the diaspora—and a strong commitment to developing human capital aligned with economic transformation. It ensures gender and youth representation in leadership, promotes equity across territories, and strengthens national unity through balanced infrastructure development
A well-integrated and booming Africa relies on cooperation, resource sharing, and solidarity to address challenges such as security, energy, and education. It demands bold institutional reforms of ECOWAS and the African Union, deeper ties with neighbors—Nigeria, Niger, Burkina Faso, and Togo—and renewed partnerships globally to achieve Agenda 2063 and position Africa as a major global player.
